Video Switching
Cutting between camera angles live, following the flow of worship and teaching in real time.
Training providedCamera Operator
Running a camera on stage, framing shots so the room and the stream both see what matters.

Mixing sound for the room, from mics to music to the message, so every word and song lands clean.

Running the lighting board through the service, setting the mood for worship and lighting the stage for teaching.

Setup and teardown, cables, gear, and the dozen small things that have to happen before anyone else shows up.

Everybody Needs It.
When production runs well, nobody thinks about it. The sound is just clear, the slides are just on time, the room is just lit right. That's the job. It's also why this team is easy to overlook when it's short-handed, because the only time anyone notices production is when something goes wrong.
More hands means the same few people aren't covering every Sunday. It means room to actually train someone instead of scrambling twenty minutes before service. If you've got the gift, this is where it's needed.
Before You Sign Up
Sundays. Service is at 9:45AM; the production team arrives earlier to set up.
None required for most roles. If you've run sound or a camera before, great, if not, we'll teach you on the actual gear.
Serve weekly or rotate on a schedule, whatever fits your season.
Open to adults and older students. Ask about age requirements for specific roles.
